• Tentative Timetable for the Reconstitution of the
Governing Body of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (SEHK)
(Based on the SEHK's proposal i.e. voluntary amendments
to its Memart to effect the necessary changes)

The management of the SEHK drew up
proposals for reconstitution.
The present Securities Commission endorsed
the proposals.

ExCo endorsed the SEHK's amendments to its
Memart.
•
The SEHK Management Committee commended the
amended Memart to its members for adoption.
20 July
SEHK to hold an extraordinary general
meeting (EGM) to consider, and hopefully to
adopt, the amended Memart.
