The Hong Kong Government have recently engaged a PR Consultant to develop a new presentation list with audio visual aids for inward investment.
2. The consultants would like to photograph the registration documentation of the Joint Declaration (done at the UN on
12 June 1985). I would be grateful if you could advise as soon as possible whether the consultants would be permitted to photograph the documentation.
