briefs on the following subjects prepared for Lord
Glenarthur's visit to Hong Kong, which remain

to date:

Vietnamese Boat People
representative government
nationality and immigration questions
proposed World Exhibition in Hong Kong in 1997
Material on all of these is being submitted separately in the form
of defensive modules for the debate.
