1. The attached piece of paper sets out the defensive modules that will be required for the Lords Debate on 10 June and indicates where
drafting responsibility lies.

Lord Glenarthur has asked to see all the material for the
debate by the weekend of 4/5 June. Because of the early closure of Lord Glenarthur's box on 3 June, this means in practice that the material will have to be ready in final form by close of play on
Thursday 2 June. All draft contributions must therefore be with me
without fail by close of play on Wednesday 1 June. Please ensure that this deadline does not slip.

Modules should be drafted in connected prose (ie definite/indefinite articles should be retained. Avoid
abbreviations. Each module should be on a separate page. heading in BOLD CAPITALS. Subheadings in lower case underlined.
