Urban Council comprises 30 members of whom 15 are directly
elected on geographical basis.
Regional Council comprises 36 members of whom 12 are directly elected on geographical basis and 9 are indirectly elected on
geographical basis.
District Boards comprise 426 members of whom 237 are directly
elected on geographical basis.
