I was very glad to have an opportunity of meeting you
again during my visit to Hong Kong earlier this week. extremely grateful to you for taking the trouble to come
with me to the Green Island Reception Centre. It gave me
a more vivid impression than any other of the sort of
problems you face with the increasing influx of refugees.
I should also like to express my thanks to you and
your department for the very wide range of services which
you undertake so efficiently for HMG.
