Born 1932. Joined HKG in May 1970. Subsequently served in various
branches including Social Services Branch, Defence Branch, RHKPF and
Health and Welfare. Seconded as Commissioner ICAC prior to
present appointment which commenced in 1988. Married to Agnete, 3
sons, one daughter.
