2. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
a) Each member of the party must be in possession of a valid passport
b) Visa Requirements
Visas are needed for the Philippines (two forms and two photographs required). Conference Section will arrange to obtain the necessary visas for the official party
3. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
a) The Civil Service Occupational Health Service state that inoculations against the following are recommended:
Tetanus Typhoid Polio
valid 1 year Hepatitis A valid 2-6 months
valid 10 years Rabies valid 3 years
