incidence of a Cantonese speaking Immigration Officer at Dover taking a particularly hard line with Hong Kong passport holders. is also alleged that an Immigration Officer has been asking prospective visitors from Hong Kong about their views on the 1997 question and their confidence in the future, and basing immigration decisions on their reply. Can Home Office shed any light on this?
