Lord Glenarthur's visit to the Far East
The Secretary of State was most grateful for Lord Glenarthur's minute of 6 July. He entirely endorses Lord Glenarthur's point that, important as Hong Kong is in the Anglo/Chinese relationship, we should try to broaden that relationship. As you can see from the red ink, the Secretary of State has also picked up a number of other points made by Lord Glenarthur.
