I submit the following additional briefs:

China;
a reordered brief on Hong Kong for use in China;
iii) brief no 9 for Hong Kong, on the Defence Costs Agreement.
This leaves outstanding only the following material, which I shall bring with me to Hong Kong:

a line to take in Hong Kong on the first SAR Government;
a brief for Hong Kong on Vietnamese boat people;
iii) revised material for the press conference, taking into
account today's telegram from Hong Kong containing a list
