Am sure the Chinese authorities understand that emigration is
a matter of genuine concern in Hong Kong and are watching trends are
carefully as we are
Local people and dual nationality?
Dual nationality is a highly complex matter. Cannot go into
detail here
Quite obviously a good number of local people hold foreign passports. That is their choice, in final analysis
Equally not for me to tell local companies what their recruitment criteria should be.
