Thousands of Hong Kong travellers are using the BN (0) passport without encountering problems. A perfectly viable travel document.
No country has declined to accept BN (0) passport.

Have discussed with Miss Dunn. We are considering whether anything can be done to overcome the difficulties which she encountered on entry into the UK.
