VISIT OF SIR DAVID WILSON KCMG TO LONDON 19-23 MARCH 1988

The Governor of Hong Kong and his PS, Mr Richard Hoare, will visit the FCO for consultations from 0845 hrs on Monday 21 March to the afternoon of Wednesday 23 March.
2. You have very kindly reserved room W41 for the Governor's use during his visit and I am writing to confirm our requirements for that room. You agreed to provide two desks (one for the Governor and one for his PS), one telephone, a side table and some chairs. You also said you would provide a security lock cupboard in which the Governor may store classified papers during his visit.
3. I should like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ready help and co-operation.
