QUEEN'S SPEECH ON THE OPENING OF PARLIAMENT
My Government will continue to discharge their responsibilities
towards Hong Kong and its people.
In cooperation
with the
Chinese Government they will work for the full and faithful
implementation of the SINO/British Joint Declaration and for the maintenance of the stability and prosperity of the
territory.
