RELATIONS WITH PARLIAMENT: CONTACTS WITH MPS
1. Lord Glenarthur has now agreed the terms of Robert Court's minute of 13 October (copy attached) and would be happy to give drinks to a group of MPs and talk about Cambodia. The following are possible dates:

Lord Glenarthur is attracted by the idea of a session on the environment, but we shall need to clear our lines carefully with the Department of the Environment first. first step, Lord Glenarthur will speak to Lord Caithness.
