Resumption of debate which was adjourned on 9 and 10 November 1988.
The Financial Secretary, the Secretary for Lands and Works, the Secretary for Transport, the Secretary for District Administration, the Secretary for Administrative Services and Information, the Secretary for Education and Manpower spoke to the motion.
The President suspended the sitting of the Council at 4.22 p.m.
The Council resumed at 4.42 p.m.
The Secretary for Health and Welfare, the Secretary for Security, the Attorney General and the Chief Secretary continued to speak to the motion and Mr. Allen LEE replied.
Question put and agreed to.
ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT SITTING
In accordance with Standing Orders the President adjourned the Council until 23 November 1988.
