Question In view of the fact that despite the
introduction of the British National
(BN(O) as)
(Overseas) passport, the number of
applications for the British Dependent
Territories Citizens Passport has far
exceeded that for the BN (0) passport,
will Government inform this Council
whether measures will be taken to
encourage the people of Hong Kong to
apply for the BN(0) passport and if not,
why not?
