SECRETARY FOR HEALTH AND WELFARE: Sir, I move that the clause 6 be further amended as set out under my name in the paper circulated to Members, By deleting the words 'hospital by virtue of an application' and substituting the words 'mental hospital' in new section 35(4)(a). The pt to transfer in provision is applicable to a patient already liable to e detention into a mental hospital. The reference to the method of application concerned
is therefore unnecessary.
