"assignment", in paragraph
(a) by deleting ",

share in land,"; and
in the definition of "land", by deleting "and" at the end
of paragraph (b) and by
inserting, immediately after
paragraph (b), the following

(bb) the whole or part

share in land and
any estate, right,
interest or
easement in or over
the whole or part
of an undivided
share in land;
and".".
