according to the workers' experience,

after the liquidation of a company the assets left behind are usually

quite little and would be inadequate to pay all the

workers. What solutions will be forthcoming?

legal remedies for the problem, but may I know

departments are involved in enforcing all

these five remedies? If it is only the Registrar General's

Department and the Labour Department, do they have adequate

manpower to do so? And also is the Commercial Crime Bureau
