Clause 4
That clause 4 be amended
By deleting clause 4 and substituting the following,-

"Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is
amended
(a)

in subsection (1) by deleting and Ordinary
Members" and substituting the following
Ordinary Members and all of the
Co-opced Councillors"; and
(b) in subsection (2)(a)(ii) by deleting
"Unofficial".".
