long as they act in good faith and exercise reasonable diligence. In addition, the District offices will continue to give Owners Corporations and Mutual Aid Committees every possible assistance and support to enable them

to carry out their functions' effectively. Apart from paying them visits, our liaison staff frequently attend
meetings of their office-bearers, providing them with
guidance and advice where necessary. With the provision
of additional liaison officers in the current financial
year, we will further strengthen our work in this area.
