In terms of our political development we have plenty to play for in the future and I believe Miss Dunn struck a chord yesterday not only in this Chamber, but also in the community when she said that we owe it to the people of Hong Kong to work together for the future well-being of us all. Sir, we have much to do; this is no time for regrets. I oppose the amendments proposed by Mr. Lee.
