AND MANPOWER : Sir, I do not
think the position so far will have changed significantly
from that time. It might do in the future because, as I
have mentioned, the terms have been changed very
substantially in 1980 and as a result I think the funds
may build up very substantially in the future, and the
position is likely to change in the future.
