Urban Council area,
is elected as a member of
(i)
the Regional Council; or
(ii)
a District Board in the
Regional Council area,
shall not be disqualified from
being so elected by section 21(3)
and shall be deemed to have
resigned his membership referred
to in paragraph (a) or (b) or, if
applicable, in both paragraphs
with effect from the day
immediately preceding the date on
which he commences to hold office
as an elected member in a body
referred to in either paragraph
(i) or (ii).

Any person who, being an
appointed or elected member of
(a) the Regional Council; or
