That the Bill be amended by adding after clause 3 the following
"Repeal and replacement of section
22A.
3A. Section 22A of the principal
Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the
following
"Effect of election in other Council
area.
22A. (1) Any person
who, being an appointed
or elected member of
(a) the Urban Council; or
