To rectify the above problems, we

(a), in respect of

should start on the day next following the date of the meeting of a Board at which the Board member is first absent. As regards

one month. We consider one month to be a reasonable time, having taken into account that in actual practice, the Board member is not required to bring himself to a Board meeting, but just to seek approval, and this conceivably can be done by way of
an written application.
