then probably certain
elected members will have to give up their Urban Council
seat. These are problems that we do not want to see.
If
we do not agree with the proposals in the White Paper, all
we need to do is to abstain from voting or to express our
views in our speeches. We do not really have to vote
against it because there may be serious consequences if we
do vote against it.
If the Bill is enacted, then
everything is alright, but if we do not pass this Bill and
then we are as
this leads to
consequential problems,
responsible as the Administration.
So I think we need to
look at the
consequences first and then make our wise
decisions accordingly.
