Ølause 2 of the Dutiable
Commodities
(Amendment) Bill 1988 seeks to repeal section 66 of the
principal Ordinance which stipulates the procedure for
the calculation of the weight of tobacco. This provision
is rendered obsolete by the per stick duty structure.
