第一条
中国国际律师交流中心是中华全国律师协会 设立的具有法人资格的事业单位。
第二条本中心以发展中国律师及其组织同世界各国 律师及其组织之间的了解和友谊,促进相互间的 业务交流与合作为宗旨。
第三条 中国国际律师交流中心的任务是:
一、开展中国与外国律师、律师组织之间的业务 交流与合作(包括人员、资料、信息、业务等方 面),
二、接待来访的外国律师及其他法律界人士, 三、组织有关律师业务的国际会议,
四、负责办理中华全国律师协会的对外联络事 务
五、接受中国有关法律部门的委托,为其对外交 流提供服务,
六、接受外国律师或律师组织的委托,为其在中 国境内的业务交流提供服务
第四条 中国国际律师交流中心在中华全国律师协会 常务理事会领导下实行主任负责制。中心设主任 一人,副主任若干人,具体负责中心的各项工 作。 第五条
中国国际律师交流中心设业务开发处、联络 处、接待处及办公室等办事机构。
第六条 中国国际律师交流中心设名誉职务并聘请顾 问,成立若干顾问组,其人选由中心推荐,由中 华全国律师协会聘请。
第七条 中国国际律师交流中心的财务实行独立核
算。
第八条
中国国际律师中心设在北京。
THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF
THE CHINA INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS'
EXCHANGE CENTER
ARTICLE 1. THE CHINA INTERNATIONAL LAWYERS'EXCHANGE CENTER (CILEC) is a non- profit legal entity established by THE ALL-CHINA LAWYERS'ASSOCIATION (ACLA).
ARTICLE 2. The purpose of CILEC is to develop mutual understanding and friendship between the Chi- nese and foreign lawyers and their organizations and to promote their professional exchanges and cooperation.
ARTICLE 3. The tasks of CILEC:
A. to develop exchanges and cooperation on pro- fessional work between the Chinese and foreign lawyers and their organizations (including but not limited to per- sonnel, materials informations and other professional work).
B. to receive visiting lawyers and other persons in
law circle.

C. to organise international conferences and
meetings on professional work of lawyers.
d. to handle the external liaison work of ACLA.
E. to provide services for external exchanges
authorized by relevant Chinese law departments.
F. to provide professional service in China. authorized by foreigh lawyers, law firm or organizations. ARTICLE 4. CILEC is under the supervision of the executive council of ACLA. CILEC has a director and several deputy directors. the director is responsible for the whole work of CILEC.
ARTICLE 5. There are business development section, liaison section, reception section and the director's office in CILEC.
ARTICLE 6. CILEC sets several honourable posts and advisory groups and invites a number of councilors. The personnel for these posts is recommended by CILEC and invited by ACLA.
ARTICLE 7. CILEC is an independant accounting unit.
ARTICLE 8. CILEC is in Beijing.
