1. We think it might be useful for Mr Eggar to be briefed on the positive role Hong Kong is now playing at the International Labour Conference this year in Geneva.
2. Hong Kong will send out a tripartite delegation with the full concurrence of the Chinese. The Hong Kong delegation will be part of the UK delegation participating as Advisers in accordance with Article 3(3) of the ILO Constitution.
