and substituting the following

by deleting paragraph (3) and substituting the following

The consideration of any Bill or
other business of the Legislative

shall not be affected by the
termination of a session and
may be resumed at any
subsequent sitting;
shall lapse on a dissolution. of the Legislative Council.".

Clause XXII of the principal Instructions is
amended by deleting "the Council" and substituting the following
