area with a working population of about 28,000 and a
residential population of about 1,200.
The seaside promenade, landscaped gardens with
sitting-out areas, water features, children's play area
are provided for public reaction. A Museum of
History and a Museum of Science and Technology are under
planning and are scheduled for completion by 1988.
