I am pleased to attached a copy of the invitation extended to the United Kingdom to attend the Thirteenth Meeting of HONLEA, Asia and the Pacific Region.
In view of the fact that Hong Kong is a regional member of HONLEA, Asia and the Pacific Region, the Government of the United Kingdom may also wish to make arrangements for Hong Kong to be represented at the Meeting. This is being brought to your attention because no invitation has been extended by the Secretary-General directly to the territory in question.
