An accused person in respect of whom
proceedings have been transferred to
the High Court under section 5 of the
Complex Commercial Crimes Ordinance
may be granted legal aid under these
rules for the preparation and conduct
of his defence including any
application for discharge under
section 17 of that Ordinance and any
appeal arising therefrom;".
