a concise account of the facts on which the

prosecution case is based (a "prosecution case

statement");

copies of the statements of those witnesses

(including expert witnesses) whom the prosecutor

intends to call at the trial after the jury has

been empanelled;

copies of any documentary exhibits that the

prosecutor intends to have produced at the trial

after the jury has been empanelled;

(d)

a list of exhibits; and

(e) any other document the judge considers

appropriate.

(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall entitle the

accused to receive a copy of any document which has already

been served on him under section 80B (1) of the Magistrates

Ordinance.

(3) A statement of a witness of which a copy is

supplied under subsection (1) shall

(a)

be signed by the person who made it;
