Explanatory Note
The principal order exempts customers of holders of a public non-exclusive telecommunications service licence from the need to hold a licence for apparatus possessed or used by them to avail themselves of the services provided by the holder.
This order restricts
the exemption to those customers who do not provide
a service to the public by any means of telecommunication.
