TELECOMMUNICATION (PUBLIC NON-EXCLUSIVE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE CUSTOMERS)
EXEMPTION FROM LICENSING) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1987
Made by the Governor in Council under section 39
1. This order may be cited as the Telecommunication
(Public Non-exclusive Telecommunications Service
Customers) (Exemption from Licensing) (Amendment) Order 1987.
2.
Paragraph 2 of the principal order is
amended
(a) by deleting the full stop at the end and
substituting a colon;
(b) by adding the following
"Provided that nothing in this
paragraph shall exempt any person
from the obligation to hold a
licence under section 8(1) of the
Ordinance where the apparatus for
telecommunication is used by him
