Explanatory Note
The principal order exempts customers of Cable
and Wireless (Hong Kong) Limited from the need to
hold a licence for any apparatus connected to the
service provided by that company. This order
restricts the exemption to those customers who do
not provide a service to the public by any means of
telecommunication.
