then the Governor-in-Council may (and without prejudice to the provisions of the. Telecommunication Ordinance), by notice in writing served on the Licensee, suspend or cancel
this licence or so much of it as the Governor-in-Council
shall in his absolute discretion think fit.

(2) The Licensee may determine this licence at any time by giving written notice to the Telecommunications
Authority.

The powers of the Governor-in-Council and the Telecommunications Authority (including any authorized representative), as set out in this instrument, shall be without prejudice to any powers exercisable under the Telecommuniction Ordinance.
