16.
The Licensee shall not place or install any equipment or apparatus on any public street or on any unleased Crown land without first obtaining the written consent of the controlling department(s) of the Government of Hong Kong and the Licensee shall comply with any conditions or directions then given by such department(s).
17.
The Licensee shall, at all times, observe and comply with the provisions of the Telecommunication Ordinance (Chapter 106), the Fire Services Ordinance (Chapter 95), the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Chapter 295) and all other laws of Hong Kong.
18.
The Licensee shall, at all times, observe and comply with all provisions and requirements of the International Telecommunications Convention and all regulations and recommendations annexed thereto or made thereunder (as are applicable in Hong Kong) except insofar
as the Telecommunications Authority may in writing
expressly absolve the Licensee from such compliance.
19.
The Licensee shall not, without the prior consent
in writing of the Governor-in-Council, assign, sublet or
otherwise dispose of this licence or, any right, benefit or permission arising therefrom or delegate any of the powers hereby conferred otherwise than is permitted herein. Any
such consent shall be subject to such conditions as the
Governor-in-Council in his absolute discretion may impose and, if accepted, the Licensee shall provide a true copy of any assignment document to the Telecommunications Authority within two (2) calendar months of the date of the consent.
20.
The Licensee shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Government of Hong Kong, its servants and agents,
