Prevention
of
interference
4.
Use of frequencies, bandwidth, types of
modulation, maximum radiated power and other related radiation characteristics shall conform to the limits and specifications established in the Schedule and the Licensee shall not operate outside these limits or specifications without first having obtained the written approval of the
Telecommunications Authority. The Telecommunications Authority shall have the power to alter the said limits and specifications set out in Schedule on giving reasonable notice, in writing, to the Licensee.

The Licensee shall be required to take all reasonable precautions to prevent intereference, direct or indirect, to any other telecommunications service or apparatus operating in or outside Hong Kong, and, in the event of a failure to do so, the Telecommunications. Authority shall have the power to require the Licensee to undertake such remedial action as it sees fit. Pending the implementation of satisfactory remedial action by the Licensee the Telecommunications Authority shall have the power in extraordinary circumstances to order cesssation of
the Licensee's broadcasts.

(a)
The Licensee shall use the Station only for the
broadcast material sent from London as the
BBC's External Services, and the broadcast
material of any other organisation to whose
inclusion the Governor-in-Council may agree;
(b) linking announcements originated by the
Licensee at the Sation;
and shall not broadcast any commercial advertisements.
