IN EXERCISE OF THE POWERS conferred by section 7 and 34 of the Telecommunication Ordinance (Chapter 106) the GOVERNOR -IN-COUNCIL HEREBY GRANTS to The BBC East Asia Relay Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Licensee" which expression shall hereafter, where the context so admits but not otherwise, be deemed to include the British Broadcasting Corporation), whose registered office is situated at 8th floor, Bank of East Asia Building, No. 10 Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong Kong, a
licence:
(a) to establish and maintain a high frequency
radio broadcasting relay station at the location specified in the Schedule (hereinafter referred to as "the Station"),
(b)
(c)
to establish and operate such transmitting and receiving facilities associated with the operation of a high frequency radio broadcasting relay station as may be authorized by the Telecommunications
Authority, and
to establish and operate such associated telecommunication services ancillary to the operation of a high frequency radio
broadcasting relay station as may be
authorized by the Telecommunications
Authority;
for a period commencing on the date hereof (hereinafter referred to as "the term commencement date"),
