On 1st September 1955 Mr. Peter Wright signed an declaration acknowledging that he was liable to prosecution if he communicated, to any unauthorised person, or to any person to whom it was not his duty so to do in the interest of the State, information which he had obtained or to which he had had access owing to his office under Her Majesty.
