19. (1) The Authority may for the purposes of this section take and receive a declaration in the manner and form provided in Part III of the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance.
(2) A declaration under this section shall be in respect of such particulars as may be prescribed and to the effect that a film identified in such declaration is a copy of and similar in detail, subject-matter, length and every other way——
(a) to a film submitted or to be submitted under section 7; or (b) where the film has been approved for exhibition by the Authority under section 15(4), to the film as so approved for exhibition. (3) Any person who makes a declaration for the purposes of this section which is false or incorrect in any material particular commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of $10,000 and imprisonment for 6 months.
20. (1) Any advertising material intended to be used for the purpose and approval of of advertising a film which is exhibited or intended for exhibition shall be advertising
submitted to the Authority together with such information and particulars as may be prescribed for approval by the Authority under this section or exemption by him under section 21.

(2) The Authority shall, on receipt of any such advertising material, examine it and may approve the publication and display thereof subject to such conditions, if any, as he may impose, or may refuse his approval.
(3) Where the Authority approves any advertising material submitted under this section he shall issue to the person who submitted such advertis- ing material, a certificate of approval in the prescribed form endorsed with the official mark referred to in section 33.
(4) Where the Authority refuses his approval of advertising material submitted under this section he shall give to the person who submitted such advertising material an adequate statement in writing of the reasons for his decision.
(5) No fee shall be payable for the issue of a certificate of approval under this section.
(6) The Authority may revoke a certificate of approval issued under this section in respect of any advertising material by notice in writing served either personally or by registered post on the person to whom the certificate was issued, if
(a) a condition imposed under this section is contravened; or
(b) in his opinion the public interest so requires.
21. (1) The Authority may exempt any advertising material submit- ted under section 20, without first examining it if it is, in his opinion, of a class or description that is for the time being suitable for exemption.
(2) An exemption under this section shall be subject to such conditions,
if any, as the Authority may impose.
(3) No fee shall be payable for an exemption under this section.

(4) Where the Authority exempts any advertising material under this section he shall issue to the person who submitted the advertising material a certificate of exemption in the prescribed form.
(5) The Authority may revoke a certificate of exemption issued under this section in respect of any advertising material by notice in writing served either personally or by registered post on the person whom the certificate was issued, if-
(a) a condition imposed under this section is contravened; or (b) in his opinion the public interest so requires.
PART VI
Exhibition of Films and Display of Advertising Material

22. (1) Any person to whom a certificate of approval is issued under Certificate of section 15 in respect of any film intended for exhibition shall--
approval to be forwarded to
(a) cause such certificate to be forwarded with the film to the place of place of
exhibition of the film;

(b) where copies of the film in his possession are distributed, cause a copy of such certificate to be distributed with each copy of the film. (2) Any person to whom a certificate of approval is issued under section 15 who fails to comply with subsection (1)(a) or (b) of this section commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of $10,000 and imprisonment for 6 months.
23. (1) No exhibitor shall exhibit any film in respect of which a Film not to be certificate of approval is issued under section 15 unless the certificate of exhibited

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), references to a film and a certificate of approval include respectively references to a copy of such film and to a copy of such certificate issued under section 15 in respect of the copy of such film.

months.
24. (1) No person shall in relation to the exhibition of any film Restriction on publish or display any advertising material-
