advertising material within the
meaning of section 2(1) of the
Film Censorship Ordinance 1987 in
respect of which there is in force
a certificate of exemption is sued
under section 17, or a certificate
of approval is sued under section
18, of that Ordinance; or
(c)
material within the meaning of
(Cap. 52.)
(b)
section 2 of the Television
Ordinance permitted to be broadcast
under that Ordinance.";
in section 10(1) (a) by deleting sub-paragraphs
(i) and (ii) and substituting the following
of 1987.)
"(i) in the case of an article, any
decision of a censor under section 10 of the
Film Censorship Ordinance 1987 in respect of
a film within the meaning of section 2(1) of
that Ordinance; and
(ii) in the case of matter publicly
displayed, any decision of a censor under
section 18 of the Film Censorship Ordinance
in respect of advertising material within
the meaning of section 2(1) of that
Ordinance;"; and
