deposit of pieces of excised film under section
14(1);
(c) retention of pieces of excised film under section
14(2),
shall be at the risk and expense of the person who
submitted the film under section 8.
Delegation of powers.
33. The public officers holding the posts of Senior
Administrative Officer (Films and Broadcasting) and Chief
Entertainment Standards Control Officer (Films) may each
exercise any of the functions which the Authority may
exercise under this Ordinance except the function under
section 6(2).
Regulations.
34. (1) The Governor in Council may by regulation
prescribe or provide for -
(a)
the payment of fees and allowances to advisers;
(b)
the manner in, and the place at, which a film is
to be submitted under section 8;
(c) the information and particulars to be submitted
together with a film under section 8;
(d)
the classes or decriptions of films that are
suitable to be exempted under section 9;
