A prescribed fee shall be payable for a certificate
is sued under this section, and no such certificate shall be
so issued unless the fee for such certificate has been paid.

expense relating to submission
32. (1) The

under section 16(1), 22(2)(c), 23(3)(c) or

shall be at the risk and expense of the person so
submitting or producing it.
