(b) the certificate referred to in subsection (1)
issued in respect of the film or advertising
material to which that request relates, and every
duplicate thereof so issued, shall be deemed to
be revoked.
(10) Where, consequent upon a request under
subsection (1) which is delivered to the Secretary under
subsection (2), a person complies with a notice served on
him under subsection (4)(c), the Secretary shall, after
that request is fully disposed of under this section,
forthwith return to that person the film or advertising
material, as the case may be, produced to the Secretary in
accordance with that notice.

25. (1) Where a film or advertising material is the
subject of
be exhibited,
etc.
(a) a request under section 23 (1) which has not been
fully disposed of under section 23; or
(b)
a request under section 24(1) which -
(i) has been delivered to the Secretary under
section 24(2); and
(ii) has not been fully disposed of under
section 24,
